Return & Exchange policy of Promobagstore

Promobagstore value the thoughts of its customers. Our number #1 priority is to make our customers happy about our service and not making them regret working with our store. Taking into account customer satisfaction we offer return & exchange service for the customer who is not happy with our products. Return & exchange policy is as follow for blank and customized bags:

For the tote bags that are not customized

If you are not happy with the bag or bags that you have purchased, you have 15 days for returning or exchanging your item. Once we check the product and the purchase date we need to be sure there are no signs of wearing, so we can confirm it “no damaged item”. You will need to provide the purchase invoice and indicate the reason for your return, as well as whether you wish to exchange or receive a refund because of clarity. We require the credit card that you used for purchase. The only thing that a customer has to do is to cover shipping cost.

For the customized tote bags

         You can return or exchange customized bags with the same policy only in these situations:

  • we did a print in the wrong type of bag
  • there is some marks, stain or a production error;
  • bad print;
  • incorrect design or image
  • sent to the wrong address, wrong size or color has been printed
  • it is not the same with mock-up version that was sent to the e-mail address

We do not accept returns if you did:

  • wrong type of bag
  • you chose the wrong size, color, material, etc.
  • gave wrong address
  • sent wrong image/design
  • low print quality because of not following image requirements
  • you damaged or reused it

Remember, we handle all situations on an individual basis!
